Christmas Luncheon at the Legion

    Description: At this week's lunch at the Legion, Don McCormick came up with a heartwarming suggestion that perhaps the Legion would let us sing a few Christmas songs on their stage at lunch some time.  December 22 was mentioned.

    The bottom line here is that we have been invited to have a Christmas Luncheon at the Legion on Thursday, December 22, including with spouses and/or friends.  AND . . .  for doing so the Legion's entertainment team will donate $100 to our "Harmony Outreach Fund"!  For newer members who may be unaware, that is the special fund we have accumulated over the years that we dedicate to support youth and school music programs - especially choral singing.

    So . . . we ask that you determine whether or not you and a spouse and/or friends could be available to spend some social and singing time together over lunch at the Legion on that day.  

    Gather at the Legion at 11:00 am, lunch from 11:30 to 12:30, and we sing until 1 pm.
